There is no miscommunication between you, your Fun Day Events Rep and your event needs. What does this mean to you?
It means when your event day arrives your Event Rep will be the Manager in Charge at your event. The Manager in Charge has the authority to make any adjustments needed at your event to ensure your guests are 100% satisfied.
Checking the details.
Nothing shows our dedication to quality better than an Event Quality Inspector. An Event Quality Inspector will walk around the event with a comprehensive quality check list to verify your guests receive quality service.
No detail is too small to overlook, from the temperature of the food (verified with thermometer) to how clean the grounds are kept during the event, to the volume of the music.

Even the best food can't make up for poor service. Fun Day Events prides itself on providing only the most courteous and well mannered personnel. Each person working at your event will receive special training tailored to your event. We go the extra mile to make sure the service your guests receive is the very best.
